A FOUR VOLUME SET
containing high quality scans of original slides and photographs never released to the public, plus full sets of the slides owned and published by the Beard family who now own John's former home.
The slides and photos are organized by date in three DVD data volumes, showing the development of the Gorre and Daphetid from the time John bought the house on Cielo Vista Terrace to the near completion of his masterwork.
Volume Two: The Early Years contains construction photos, comments and early completion stages of the G&D. Compare these to the finished slides and photos in later volumes.
Volume Three: The Growth of the G&D shows off John's work in beautiful color shots of many of the famous scenes in constrcution and completed states.
Volume Four: The Masterwork shows the Gorre as it stood just before John's untimely passing. Included in this volume is a set of slides taken in late 1972 by a visitor to the G&D who has graciously shared them with us.
Purchasers of this historic set may examine the material at their leisure, print copies of the slide scans and photos, make screensavers, and share John Allen's legacy with their friends.
